TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application form. By submitting your application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.

I hereby declare and undertake that :-

a.	All the particulars given above by me are true and correct.
b.	Landsworth shall have the liberty to verify any of the information above.
c.	If any of the above information found to be false, my service shall be terminated immediately.
d.	I have no previous criminal record or any criminal cases pending against me.
e.	I am not declared a bankrupt in Malaysia or elsewhere.
f.	If I ever been absent from my duty or failed to report to my Leader for a continuous period of more than one month, I shall be deemed to have resigned from the company.
g.	Landsworth reserves the rights to terminate my service without further notice if I do not bring in any case for consecutive of 6 months.
h.	If I close any rental/subsales/project sales without submitting to Landsworth Properties Sdn Bhd/ getting prior consent from management, all my pending commission will be forfeited by Landsworth. Landsworth will reserve the rights to take legal action on me.
i.	Registration fee is nonrefundable.

By accepting these terms and conditions, I confirm that I have read and understood all the provisions stated above, and I agree to be bound by them.

I acknowledge that my application form will only be considered and processed upon accepting these terms and conditions.

4.

I understand that if I do not accept these terms and conditions, my application will not be accepted, and I will not be eligible for further consideration.

5.

I further acknowledge that by accepting these terms and conditions, I am entering into a legally binding agreement with Landsworth Properties Sdn Bhd.
